Jiashan Baotuo Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006. It is a scientific and technological enterprise, which characterized by technology and R&D. Baotuo specializes in developing, designing, manufacturing and marketing of screw heading machine, thread rolling machine and multi-station cold forming machine. The area of our company is 30000 m2, and the fixed asset of our company is about 150 million.The research team of our company is powerful, which represents on the 8 engineers and 15 technicians in the technology department. And a complete procurement processing system and advanced technical strength has been established. In addition, our company mainly adopts the advanced technology from Japan and Taiwan, and also are combined with the advanced design concepts from Germany, which is the use of variable-frequency variable-speed device, the adjustable slide v-Groove device, and the automatic ration of oil lubrication system. Therefore, there is a radical change in lubrication and cooling systems that ensures the stability and ease of operation of the equipment, as well as the significant increase in useful life of the equipment. In terms of the equipment’s structure arrangement and performance, it outdistances the traditional similar products. This can be regarded as a great reformation in the mechanical equipment industry.

Since the setting up of our company, more than 30 kinds of screws and bolts, forming machines like 1-Die 2-Blow, 2-Die 2-Blow, 3-Die 3-Blow, 4-Die 4- Blow and high-speed thread rolling machine have been developed. Moreover, to fulfill customer's special requirements, non-standard model heading machines have also been designed and manufactured by our company. Our company is quality oriented and faith oriented, which presents on the usage of high wear-resistant alloyed cast iron and imported special alloy materials, the Japanese electrical control systems, high-end CNC machining processes, Taiwan assembly technique, and also our company provides professional after-sale service.
