On Oct. 30, 2017, US Department of Commerce announced that made preliminary anti-dumping against Carbon- Closing Staples which were original from China. The case involved the products under the tariff no. 8305.20.00.00 and 7317.00.65.60. The US department of commerce is expected to make an anti-dumping final on the case on March 13, 2018.
