Us countervailing initial decision on carbon alloy steel screws related to China

In July 23, 2019, the US Department of Commerce announced a countervailing preliminary decision on imports of Carbon and Alloy SteelThreaded Rod from mainland China and India.


The preliminary ruling: 

1. the mainland China Compulsory respondent enterprises Ningbo Zhongjiang high strength bolt Co., Ltd. (Ningbo Zhongjiang High Strength BoltsCo., Ltd.) subsidies 23.41%, Zhejiang Hyatt standard parts Limited (24.89%), 23.83% other manufacturers and exporters in mainland China.

2. India compulsory respondent enterprises subsidies 6.07%, 155.03% 155.03%, India other producers and exporters 6.07%. 


In March 14, 2019, in response to the application submitted by Vulcan Threaded ProductsInc. in February 21, 2019, the US Department of Commerce announced anti-dumping investigations on carbon alloy steel screws imported from mainland China, India, Taiwan and Thailand, and launched countervailing investigations on imported products from mainland China and India.
