The equipment is suitable for wire diameters ranging from Φ0.5mm to Φ50mm.Anhui Liktin Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2020, wholly funded and built by Jiashan Liktin Machinery. It is the group's modern intelligent manufacturing base for wire drawing machines. The company is located in the Taiwanese Business Intelligent Equipment Park in the Economic Development Zone of Huoshan County, Anhui Province, covering a plant area of 16,000 square meters and a building area of 12,000 square meters.It also has a scaled production capacity of 300 units/sets of various wire drawing machines per year.The current production equipment of Anhui Liktin includes: Germany PETEWE optical grinder, laser, plasma cutting machine, bending machine, shearing machine, CNC lathe, ordinary lathe, digital milling machine, wire cutting, surface grinder, sawing machine, shaker arm drill press, benchtop drill press etc. It still has a sandblasting room and baking Paint room and other supporting facilities.Quality Inspection System: Equipped with professional testing equipment such as an image measuring instrument, contour measuring instrument, Rockwell hardness tester, portable hardness tester, dynamic balancing tester, and noise tester, to strictly control product quality according to rigorous standards, ensuring that every piece of equipment is stable, reliable, and exceptionally precise.
