Sijin Intelligent Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo National Hi –tech Zone. The company owns a standard plant which is equipped with many state of the art CNC processing machines and three-dimensional testing equipments. The company is a national high-tech enterprise, which is dedicated to improving the technical level of national cold forming machines, promoting the development of cold forming technology, and realizing the industrial upgrading of fasteners and special parts.The company has a provincial engineering and technology research and development center, and conduct industry-university-institute cooperation with China Academy of Machinery Science & Technology, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, which provided strong theoretical support for the research and development of high quality cold forging machines. The company undertakes several national and local science and technology projects like : Major national science and technology project (project 04) of cold forging machine, SME(small and medium enterprises) Technology Innovation Fund Project from the National Ministry of Science and Technology, National Torch Program, Ningbo Major Scientific and Technological Projects, Ningbo High-Tech Park Major Scientific and Technological Projects. It also participated in drafting 3 national mechanical standards. On Jan. 2017, the company was approved of building Zhejiang postdoctoral workstation.Our cold forging machine is awarded as “Famous brand products of Chinese machinery industry ”、“Zhengjiang famous brand products”、“Ningbo famous brand products”,“Ningbo advanced equipment manufacturing industry the first set in the province”. Meanwhile, our machine is included in Ningbo government famous quality products procurement Catalogue. On October 2017, the company project named “Development and industrialization of environmentally high speed and automatic cold forging machine”, owned the third prize of “Chinese machinery industry science and technology award of 2017”.Now, the company has 59 patents, 23 of them are patents for invention, the company is awarded as Zhejiang patent demonstration enterprise. The company has successfully developed the part former of longitudinal 90 degrees turnover and applied the national patent, which will change the eyelet bolt production process. Meanwhile, we developed zero clearance multi-station cold forging machine, this machine can manufacture punched parts which has more than 11 times length-diameter ratio.
