CRFREE® is available in a wide range of colors with excellent corrosion and friction resistance. Its parent company Shanghai Zhunhao Industrial Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in hardware trade&service, paint sales, and one subsidiary company Jiangsu LVBO Nanomaterials Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production and research and development of paintings, and sales of processing surface treatment equipment. There are two coating production lines in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province.Zhe Jiang BoYi new materials CO.,Ltd. in Jiaxing Wanghai street, plant covers an area of 8,000 square meters, with 8 automatic coating lines, including automatic dip coating, automatic spraying and hand-automatic integrated machine, and automatic shot blasting machine 7 sets, 1 horizontal shot blasting machine and mechanical galvanizing equipment 8 sets, and a fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing machine. The annual processing of fasteners 30,000 tons, annual output value of 80 million yuan.JiaShan Electroplating Factory has two production lines: one is a high-rail fully automatic alkaline zinc plating production line, with the control system using PLC controller to fully automate the process. It specializes in barrel plating of automotive parts, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons. The coating thickness ranges from 5-25 µm, with a maximum neutral salt spray resistance of 480 hours for white rust and 1,200 hours for red rust. It can process products with diameters ranging from M3 to M36 and lengths from 0 to 200 mm. The other is a high-rail fully automatic zinc-nickel electroplating production line, with the control system using PLC controller to fully automate the process. The annual production capacity is 3,600 tons. Nickel content ranges from 8-15%, with neutral salt spray resistance of 240-2,000 hours. It can process products with diameters ranging from M3 to M36 and lengths from 0 to 150 mm, and it is equipped with zero-discharge zinc-nickel wastewater evaporation equipment. The friction coefficients of zinc and zinc-nickel are controllable at 0.09~0.14, 0.12~0.18, and 0.18~0.24. Due to its extremely high corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, and low susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement, it is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, electronics and electrical, and high-end fastener industries.
