Gwo Lian Machinery Company was established in 1968. It starts from CHI SHEN Iron Factory which manufacturing the marine machinery and parts processing. Since 1989, it expanded the establishment of Gwolian Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. and manufacture metal wire drawing machines, customized design and completed turnkey plant. They are suitable for high carbon, medium carbon, low carbon, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, alloy copper, titanium alloy, spring steel, bearing steel, aluminum-magnesium alloy, all-nickel alloy and other kinds of metal material. It can apply in aerospace, automotive, electronics, construction, machinery, hardware etc. In 1993, Gwolian was directly exporting to Malaysia and developing international market for the first time. We have promoting the sales & marketing in global five continents untilIn 2003, Gwolian was the first enterprise that approved the application in Environmental Science and Technology Park of Taiwan and the new factory was dedicated in 2005. Golian actively dedicated to new product innovation, low pollution, high efficiency, automation, intelligent innovation and successively obtained a number of international invention patents.It has achieving the results of acid pollution reduction, energy conservation, cost reduction, and production efficiency improvement. Golian completely implement the Quality Policy: "DO NOT PRODUCE AND OUTFLOW OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS","DO IT RIGHT AT FIRST TIME","BEYOND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION". It has the accuracy on operating 10 hours continuously.Gwolian is about toward 57th year and successfully established good customer relationships in 48 countries. Gwolian have training own team to cooperate with industry, official and University for electronic control design, computer programming, and after-sales services with well- trained engineers for many years. For after-sales services can quickly solve problems for customers. Guolian has also adopting the internet connection with equipment to help troubleshooting for customers around the world immediately. We have assisting customers to establish a smart production system 10 years ago. The production information of the equipment can be directly linked to the industrial computer database, and then linked the big data to the ERP system. The mobile phone, computer and other communication devices can easily get the information immediately. We will upgrade and create our cloud system to connect with all production equipment. The operation information and key components of equipment link to the prediction maintenance and replacement system. This system will regularly inform and review with the customers together.
