Kunshan Hong Yongsheng Precision Hardware Products Co., Ltd, established in September 2006, is a precision hardware spare parts, plastic spare parts and commodity mold design and manufacture of production plants. The production equipment of precision hardware products are imported from Japan CNC computer numerical control lathe, Taiwan CAM walking knife type high precision automatic lathe, CNC machining center and auxiliary processing equipment more than 100 sets, the production equipment of plastic products are 60T ~ 1100T injection molding machine more than 50 sets, the equipment of mold production are more than 20 sets of equipment such as lathe, milling, grinding, electricity, cutting, tapping, etc., and more than 100 sets of supporting testing equipment. In addition, there are more than 100 sets of testing equipments, and the monthly output can reach more than 10 million pieces. The products are used in many fields such as electronic communication, computer monitor, connector and chassis, auto parts, 3C home appliances, medical equipment, pneumatic machinery, sports equipment, furniture, lighting, aerospace, military, photovoltaic, intelligent, etc., and we have the technical ability to develop new products. In 2016, our company successively purchased a total of 56 acres of land, and built a total of more than 30,000 square metres of standard workshop in 2018. The total investment is about 80 million RMB.
