Core equipment includes:- Multi-station cold heading machines: Multiple fully automatic high-speed cold heading machines achieve high-precision and high-efficiency forming of bolt and stud blanks, ensuring regular shape and dense internal structure.- CNC thread rolling machines: Adopting cold rolling technology for thread processing, which increases thread strength by over 20% compared with traditional cutting, with surface finish up to Ra0.8 and accuracy conforming to GB/T 3934.- CNC lathes and machining centers: Used for precision turning, chamfering, drilling and other secondary processing of non-standard and special-shaped parts to meet customized size and structural requirements.- Mesh-belt heat treatment furnaces: Fully automatic controlled atmosphere heat treatment lines with precise control of quenching and tempering temperature and time, ensuring stable core hardness (HRC 28–38), surface hardness (HV 600–800) and mechanical properties.- Surface treatment lines: Equipped with multiple lines for blackening, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing and other treatments to improve corrosion resistance for various working conditions.- Automatic loading, unloading and packaging lines: Realize intelligent connection of production processes, reduce manual errors, and improve production efficiency and delivery speed.3.
