Since its establishment in 2002, Dongguan Tu's Chengfa Precision Spring Co., Ltd. has always been at the forefront of technological innovation in the domestic spring manufacturing industry. As the first spring manufacturing enterprise in China to adopt European safety standards and implement the Industry 4.0 MES Manufacturing Execution System, the company has developed into a national high-tech enterprise integrating development, design, customization, production, and sales, as well as a national specialized and innovative 'Little Giant' enterprise. The company adheres to the quality policy of 'striving for excellence and keeping up with the times,' equipped with more than 200 precision spring manufacturing machines, including high-precision spring machines imported from Japan and MEC fully computerized intelligent control equipment, capable of precision processing with wire diameters ranging from 0.008 to 10 mm, and the minimum processed outer diameter reaching 0.08 mm. Through the innovative K3 MES production management system and independently developed 'Product Life Database,' every product has a fully traceable digital record. The complete supporting processing system, covering heat treatment, ultrasonic cleaning, precision machining, and more than 60 specialized processing machines, provides comprehensive assurance for product quality.
