China Railway High-Tech Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in September 2023 in Chengdu City. The Company was jointly funded and established by China Railway Hi-tech Industry Co., Ltd., Sichuan Water Conservancy Development Group Co., Ltd., and other partners. The Company focuses on key areas such as rail transit, water conservancy and hydropower, as well as mining and energy. Its principal business activities encompass shield tunneling machines, steel bridges, and fasteners, and it has constructed the nation's inaugural intelligent production line for large-diameter high-strength fasteners. As a marketing platform for Southwest China, an intensive production base, a hub for scientific research, development, and technology transfer, and a critical entity for strengthening and extending the industrial chain, the Company consistently serves the national strategic development agenda.The Company's manufacturing facility occupies a total area exceeding 300 mu. The second-phase integrated workshop is planned with three bays, each measuring 300 meters in length. Within this facility, the intelligent fastener workshop features a 30-meter span and is primarily dedicated to the production of high-strength bolts, shear studs, sleeper bolts, T-bolts, and similar products, with an annual output of 30,000 tons.
