Tongxiang Yongguan Jiamei Surface Treatment
Blackening Treatment for Stainless Steel and Copper Materials (Fasteners, Rigging, Castings, Precision Machined Parts): High surface hardness: 6H grade. Strong adhesion: 5A grade. Clean, oil-free, and environmentally friendly, compliant with EU RoHS (SGS report available upon request). Thin coating (3-8 μm), minimally impacting thread acceptance with go/no-go gauges. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and seawater corrosion, verified by corrosion tests. Heat-resistant up to 400°C without peeling. Effectively prevents thread locking and provides lubrication, with a friction coefficient between 0.19 and 0.25. Excellent salt spray resistance: starting from 120 hours, up to 300 hours, and can achieve 1000 hours. UV-resistant, colorfast, and aging-resistant.
